Kiera Di Leonardo is a dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (in training) and Registered Massage Therapist at Complete Connections Therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Guelph and is currently studying Osteopathy at the Sutherland Chan School of Osteopathy (formerly Canadian College of Osteopathy).

Kiera takes a whole-body approach to care, focusing on identifying and treating the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Her osteopathic practice includes gentle manual techniques such as joint mobilization, fascial release, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy. These techniques aim to restore structural balance, support the nervous system, and optimize the body’s natural ability to heal.

In addition to her osteopathic training, Kiera brings extensive experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. She offers therapeutic massage treatments, including pregnancy massage, to relieve muscular tension, improve mobility, and support recovery.

Clients who work with Kiera benefit from her thoughtful and comprehensive approach, which integrates both osteopathic principles and massage therapy techniques. Whether managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or seeking prenatal support, clients can expect reduced discomfort, improved alignment, and an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

Kiera proudly serves individuals from Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Milton, Dundas, and Flamborough, offering personalized and compassionate care to help clients feel better in their bodies every day.
